CV Bendino BErkah Makmur operates a bakso business using a franchise model. The central unit processes raw materials into products, sells them to partners, ships them, and then pays employees working at multiple locations. Before an integrated system, each stage operated separately and was difficult to monitor from a single place.
Solution Alpha Labs built a custom ERP system on Odoo 19 Community that covers the entire operational chain from upstream to downstream:
- Raw material and packaging procurement: classification of PKP and PTKP vendors, different warehouse destinations (raw materials to Main Warehouse, finished goods to Sales Warehouse), recording of vendor invoice and receipt numbers, and handling of rejected goods returns.
- Bakso production: recipes and spice blending (premix), followed by Grinding, Forming, Packing, and QC processes. Rejected items can be discarded or reworked, and daily reports consolidate materials, output per variant, waste, and yield.
- Stock control: restock requests from Sales Warehouse to Main Warehouse, calculated based on quantity sold.
- Partner sales: Direct or Delivery channels, immediate payment or term cash, and overdue receivable reminders via WhatsApp.
- Logistics: internal fleet drivers, regional routes, expedition partners, delivery orders, and freight subsidy reconciliation.
- Accounting: separation of direct and delivery sales reports, Sales Warehouse tax filter, and analytic cost centers.
- Payroll: weekly daily wages with attendance or fingerprint and manual bonuses, as well as monthly salaries with PDF slips that can be sent via email or WhatsApp. Operates on Odoo Community without paid payroll modules.
- Report dashboard: for Offline Warehouse, Main Warehouse, and overall, with Excel and PDF export.
Technology: Odoo 19 Community, Python, PostgreSQL, Owl interface with shared design system, and WhatsApp messaging links ready to connect to an API provider.
